In this series of Re.Move with Andres Vesga, it is dedicated to individuals who embody a movement lifestyle, and how they removed limiting beliefs in order to move towards fulfillment.  It just so happens that their physical practice demonstrates spiritual awareness and a pragmatic approach.

Andres Vesga has been a celebrated master trainer and the face of several big brands in the fitness industry for years.  Involved in sports aerobics, dance, and martial arts since he was a kid, this Colombian-native has now been leading the movement culture in Hong Kong under the name “HK movement practice”.

We talked about what beliefs Andres had to remove throughout his entire career in the fitness industry, to now be known as a movement teacher, how he manages ego, struggles, and how his movement philosophy spills over to life philosophy.

If you aren’t familiar with the movement culture, I suggest you hop over to Andres’s Instagram page.

The movement practice group in Hong Kong has been and still is, a source of community and strength for me.  Even at a distance, Andres leads his students on the path of mobilizing knowledge, while remaining humble about the roots of his teachings from Ido Portal.  You’ve heard bits of how he thinks and says, check out what he does on his channel and on the handle @hkmovementpractice
